You have to make a conscious effort, you have to be committed. At the C suite, you’re going to be held accountable because, at the end of the day, it is still going to be profitable for your business but you need to own who you are, what you are, and go back make that plan, be committed to it, publicize it, be held accountable for it and be open to it.
