Black professionals often have a distinct experience characterized by unique challenges . Oftentimes the sharpest young Black professionals were championed by executives who didn’t look like them (even when there were Blacks in positions of power). The challenge though for many Black professionals is to be sufficiently educated but also relatable and not intimidating.
