Shelley Moise

Shelley Moise is a veteran who served 20 years in the US Air Force. She spent time in the US, Japan, UK, Middle East, Italy, Africa, Guam and Hawaii. She absolutely loved traveling!

Shelley is also a mom to an amazing preteen named Cami. In 2014, when Cami was 5 years old, Shelley noticed that her daughter was having some problems with dry, itchy skin. It was then she made her first batch of homemade soap. Cami wanted it purple and chocolate scented. Shelley got the scent right, but the purple, well, not so much, LOL. The soap helped Cami’s skin! And Shelley was hooked ever since!

And Noelle’s Garden Home & Body was born. She hand makes soaps, body scrubs, lotions and more in her small business.

Michele Heyward

Michele Heyward is founder and CEO of PositiveHire, a tech company engineered to bridge the gap between enterprises and underrepresented women in STEM professions. Michele is a civil engineer who is an experienced project manager in the energy sector armed with technical sales and technology transfer experience.

Michele’s vision is to not only help black, Latina and indigenous women find inclusive workplaces, but to prepare enterprises to receive them, and help those enterprises recruit them. This approach makes PositiveHire the premiere recruiting platform for black, Latina and indigenous women professionals.

Michele has a B.S. degree in civil engineering and a M.S. degree in industrial management, both from Clemson University. A South Carolina native, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, Toastmasters, and making connections personally and professionally.
